He is survived by: his wife Janet Hagstrom (Lagerholm); his children, Amanda (Joseph Poletta) of Dudley and Paul Michael Hagstrom of Charlton; his grandsons, Joseph, Jace and Julian Poletta; his sisters, Karen (Michael Gurnick) of Ashland, Linda (David Woisard) of Warwick, R. I. and Lisa Jacobs; and his nephew Justin Jacobs of Millbury.
