He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edwin, Robert Bodwell and Carol; and his parents, Arthur and Pearl (Day).

He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Bodwell (Mears); his siblings, James Bodwell, Jennie Bodwell, Stephen Bodwell, Charles Bodwell, William Bodwell and Donald; and his sister-in-law Joyce Gallant. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many, relatives.
