She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Vacca and Madeline Vacca; her husband Daniel J. Ahearn Jr. of Milton; her daughter Nancy Ahearn; and her sister Patricia Conway.
She is survived by: her children, Attorney Robert D. Ahearn (Theresa Ahearn) of Buzzards Bay, Maureen McMahon (Shawn McMahon) of Kingston, Julie Cunningham (Pat Cunningham) of Pembroke, Carol Clark (Chris Clark) of York, Paul Ahearn and Kevin Ahearn; and her brother Frank Vacca of Malden.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Massachusetts Commission of the blind in her memory.
