Genevieve will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Genevieve by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Genevieve is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Genevieve’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smart and Agnes Smart; and her siblings, Catherine Morris, Mary Fidler, Richard Smart and Roberta Perkins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Agnes Fletcher, Margaret Harrison and Peter Smart; her former husband David Bryan; and her children, David "Butchie" Bryan (late Rita Bryan), Elizabeth "Betty" Striepling (Jeff Striepling) and Michael Bryan (Tamara Bryan). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary of the Hills Church (29 St Marys Rd, Milton, MA 02186).
