She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Thomas Fahey of Milton; her children, Kristen Lamie of Quincy and Michael Lamie of Brighton; her parents, Gordon O'Reilly and Priscilla O'Reilly (Palmer) of Norwell, MA; her brothers, Steven O'Reilly Sr. (Andrea) of Topsfield, MA and Scott O'Reilly (Rachel) of Concord, MA; her nieces, Jessica, Julia, Nicole and Brooke; her nephew Steven O'Reilly, Jr.; and her stepchildren, Sara, Veronica, Liam and Devin.
In lieu of flowers, Pam's family requests that admirers of Pam donate to either the Milton Animal Shelter, where she adopted her beloved orange cat Gizmo (http://www.miltonanimalleague.org) or St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Hanover (http://www.standrewshanover.org).
