He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. Sr. and Mary T. McCloskey (Morandi); and his siblings, Richard McCloskey and Jean Fabian (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. (Johnson); his children, Patrick J III (Linda) of Watervliet, NY, Janet M of Milton, MA, Thomas M (Patrice) of Hilton Head, SC, David F. (Karen) of Littleton, MA and John F of Dorchester, MA.; his siblings, Dorothy O'Keefe (Arthur), Andover and James McCloskey of Boston; his grandchildren, Lisa, Graham, Thomas, Rachel, Michael, Aidan, Mary and Colin; and his great grandchildren, Gianluca, Sean and Lily.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick's memory can be made to the Norwell VNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Dr. Norwell, MA 02061.
