She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh F. Gallagher and Adelaide Gallagher (Harnden); her husband Robert L. McDonough; and her siblings, Claire M. Lyman, James J. Gallagher, Mary G. Holmes and Gerald J. Gallagher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan M. Leach (Frederick G. Leach IV) of Dennis Port, MA and Theresa A. Hardiman of Braintree; and her grandchildren, John P. Hardiman III (Millery) and Ashley Hardiman.
