She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lewis and Mary Lewis (Duffly); and her siblings, Edith Lewis, John Lewis, Helen DesRoches, William Lewis, Ruth Peshin, Marie Lewis, Paul Lewis and Marjorie Lewis. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, nine grand nieces and nephews and seven great grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent in Rosemary's name to South Cove Manor at Quincy Point Rehabilitation Center, 288 Washington St., Quincy, MA 02169.
