He was predeceased by: his mother Wanita Emmeck Oliver (Emmeck). He is survived by: his wife Germaine Oliver (Kolbly); his children, Griffin and Keely Oliver; his sisters, Laura Luedtke and Cori Oliver; and his father Jerome Carlton Oliver. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
