He was predeceased by : his grandfather Thomas Poulin; and his friend Stephan Brach. He is survived by : his parents, Teresa J. Krupczak (Poulin) and Richard Krupczak; his siblings, Samantha, Ashley, Christopher and Mia; his grandmother Marion Poulin of Hampden; and his girlfriend Lauren Trant of Palmer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
