The memory of Janet M Thompson (Monson, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 29, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin P. Blondin and Esterlene Blondin; her former husband Walter F. Martell; and her siblings, James Blondin, Paul Blondin and Ann LaCroix.
She is survived by: her husband John B. Thompson; her children, Lynn M. Corderia (David), Sharon A. Royer (Rick), Raymond F. Martell (Rose) and Eileen D. Withers (John); and her siblings, Edwin Blondin and Louise Degrenier. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lombard Funeral Home (3 Bridge St, Monson, MA 01057). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Janet's memory to the Bethany Charismatic Catholic Church PO Box 607 Palmer, MA 01069.
