He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bournique (Baxter); his children, Todd Bournique and Jenna Pelissier (Will); his stepson Chris Stayer (Kim); his siblings, Steve Bournique (Maggie) of Chicopee, Carl Pomietlarz (Terri) of Belchertown, Darlene Joaquin of Granby, Tina Bournique of Ludlow and Sandy Conkey (John) of Florida; and his aunt AB. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
