He was predeceased by : his mother Linda Hedges. He is survived by : his wife Kristin A. Hedges (Burzynski) of Monson; his siblings, Robert Hedges of Chicopee and Lynn Jones of Chicopee; and his aunt Carole Desroches (Paul) of Belchertown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

In remembrance of his life, any charitable donations are asked to be made to the Oregon Sportsmen's Club of Western MA.
