He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Orszulak and Shirley Orszulak (Fountain). He is survived by: his wife Anna M Orszulak (Marine); his brother David Orszulak (Lori) of Florida; his children, Becky and Kelly; his niece Debbie Griswold; Ronald Griswold (Emmanuel).
