With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patrick Flanagan Jr. of Montague, Massachusetts, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on June 30, 2021 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Flanagan. He is survived by: his grandmother Rosemary Dellera; his mother Barbara Broussard; and his siblings, Jacqueline Smith, Michael Flanagan and Maryann Flanagan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
