She was predeceased by : her father Robert LeBel. She is survived by : her husband Brian H. Blair; her mother Mary Weiss (Adams); her son Frederick; her siblings, Natasha Hicks (John), Arthur LeBel and Tara LeBel; her brothers-in-law, Michael Blair (Melissa) and Timothy Blair; and her parents-in-law, Janice Blair and Fred Blair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“The sadness I feel at the passing of Bobbie-Jo is deep. I came to know her in her service to the Nahant community. She brought twinkle, beauty, grace and honesty to the Nahant Town Hall where she served.. We can only hope that she knew how much she was loved and respected in our community. Her life was much too short...but we are all thankful for it.”
