He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary (Molly) and John "Pat" Mulkern. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Pamela Welch and Patrice Mulkern; his son-in-law Chris Haney; his grandchildren, Catherine and Jack; and his brother-in-law Joseph "Joe" Maggio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to St. Jude Hospital or the Charlestown Boys and Girls Club.
