He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mogan and Gertrude Mogan (Costello). He is survived by: his wife Lana Mogan (Tuomivirta); his children, William H. Mogan (John Reece-Hoyes) of Medford, Lisa A. Mogan-O'Keefe (Michelle Lawlor) of Nahant, Linda A. Barba (Peter) of Nahant and Robert C. Mogan of Malden; and his stepsons, Albert Olson of Rockport and Scott Olson of Nahant.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
