He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Miller and Margaret Miller (McManus). He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Miller (Gladys), Dan Miller and Holly Berke of Madison, CT; his nephews, David Miller, Douglas Miller of Chandler Berke, M. D. and Trevor Berke; and his friend Greg Parker.
