She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hladick and Nellie Hladick (Morris); Garnet L. Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Spencer (Lisa) and Kathleen Destafano; her grandchildren, Thomas J. (Jennifer), Kyle, Jessica Spencer, Kaili Kellam (Nick Cunningham) and Anthony Destafano; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Savannah, Genevieve and Mikaila; her sister Joanne Kelley; and her nieces and nephews, Patricia, Susan, Linda, Jackie and Timothy.
