He is survived by: his mother Patricia Culcasi (Mahoney); his wife Lynne Culcasi (Demma); his children, Kristin Culcasi, David Taylor of Whitinsville, Nicole Culcasi of Westborough and Troy Culcasi of Utah; his siblings, Angela (Ernie Oliver), Anthony Culcasi (Lauren Oleksyk) and Maria Culcasi (Jeff Ettenhofer); and his pets, Arlo, Lili and Mac. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
