We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sonyuan Lin of Natick, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Sonyuan's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Sonyuan's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Hui-May Chu; his children, Jonathan Lin of Natick and Jefferey Lin of Natick; his parents, Tiao-Rui Lin and Yu-Ying Lin Wu; and his siblings, Song Sun Lin, May May Lin, Yuan Yuan Lin and Song Chiang Lin.

During the pandemic, he stayed active by biking 50 miles a day and found peace and pride in tending to his large garden.
