It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Palms Chalmers of Needham, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne and Francis Palms, Jr.. She is survived by: her wife Holly Gunner; her son Christopher Chalmers; and her brother Tony (Ann Palms).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Israel (477 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA 02215).
