He was predeceased by: his sisters, Nancy and Caroline; his wife Betty; and his close friend Sandra Levine. He is survived by: his sons, Charlie, Jonathan and Alex; his grandchildren, Charlie of Christian, AJ, Caroline and Chase; and his great grandchild Charlie.
