Visitation was held on Friday, July 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eaton Funeral Home (1351 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02492). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (1360 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02492).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Chuck's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association 9 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA.
