He was predeceased by : his son Joseph McLaughlin; and his siblings, Edward, Cornelius McLaughlin and Mary Moran. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth A. McLaughlin (Hannon); his children, Denis J. McLaughlin III (Mary) of Winchendon, Daniel McLaughlin (Dana) of Oxford, Kathleen M. Quillard (Philip) of Needham, Michael F. McLaughlin (Irene) of Needham, Deborah A. McLaughlin of Needham, Elizabeth Moore (Jeremy) of Needham and Patrick K. McLaughlin (Megan) of Needham; his grandchildren, Denis, Jenn, Wade, Ryan, Kara, Rebecca, Sarah, Michael, Trevor, Connor, James, Korrine, Alex and Jack; and his brothers, Austin, Larry and William McLaughlin. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
