She was predeceased by: her husband John E. O'Neill; and her siblings, Jim, Bob, Becky and Charley Small.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Kundtz (O'Neill) of Los Gatos, CA, Jim O'Neill (Andrea) of Manchester, Stephan O'Neill and Jeanne O'Neill of Needham; her grandsons, Brett, Ross Kundtz and Evan O'Neill; Dottie Comley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
