With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gail DeLucia of Needham, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio DeLucia and Carmen DeLucia. She is survived by: her daughter Katie Swenson (Erik); her grandchildren, Lucas, Zack and Brooke; her son Wayne Simone (Kelly); and her grandson Cody.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
