He was predeceased by : his wife Winifred Tannetta (Harris); his parents, Antonio Tannetta and Josephine Tannetta (Dattolie); and his siblings, Emilio A. Tannetta and Eleanor M. Rowen (John L.).
He is survived by : his children, Gerard Tannetta II (Kathleen J. Connell) of Billerica, David S. Tannetta (Diane E. Cox) of Tewksbury and Winifred M. Costello (Nathan E. Costello) of South Hadley; his grandchildren, Gerard Tannetta III (Scarlett) of Lowell, Jesse G. Tannetta (Gabrielle Viso) of Chincoteague, VA, Zachary M. Bolles (Anna Miller) of Medfield and Montana Hitchcock (Stefan) of Easthampton; his great grandchildren, Maeve W. Tannetta, Ryan Bolles Miller and Jessica Bolles Miller; and his brother Joseph Tannetta (Jeanne) of Dedham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Anthony Spadorcia; for his service of high professional standards, outstanding achievements and immeasurable contributions to the readiness of Massachusetts Army National Guard he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal from the President of the United States, MG Wayne F. Wagner and Secretary of the Army John Otho Marsh Jr.
