He was predeceased by : his parents, Patrick J. Sullivan and Rosemary Maloney Sullivan McGilvray; his brother John J.; his former life partner Marie of Pembroke; and his sister Rosemary D. Ortman (Victor).
He is survived by : his spouse Jean Ann Sullivan (Fahey); his daughter Monica Sullivan Shack (Thomas) of Brookline; his granddaughter Madeline McKinstry Young (Tyler) of Pasadena, CA.; his sister Kathleen M. Griswold (William) of Harwich; and his cousin Ann Sullivan Weatherbee (Steve) of Walpole. He is also survived by many nephews and a niece.
