We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2023, at the age of 89, Joan Frances Horan of Needham, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis J Roumacher and Clara Roumacher (Harrison); her siblings, Francis J Roumacher, Priscilla Riordan, Phyllis Jennings and MaryLou Roumacher; her husband Richard T Horan (Dick); and her children, Kathleen A. Berman (Robert), Richard T. Horan, Jr. (Linda), Michael P. Horan (Susan), David C. Horan, Diane E. Rodier (Stephen), Patricia M. Lilley (Jay) and Joan B. Twining (Edmund). She was also cherished by her family and friends.
