He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Fitzgerald) of Westwood, MA; his son John F Brennan III (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Lucy, John IV (Jake) and Mary of Wellesley, MA; his son Matthew J Brennan (Kayla); his grandsons, Calvin, Perry and Tucker of Naples, FL.; his siblings, Donna Boulanger (Roland) of Sutton, MA, Karen Bates (Scott) of Lincoln, RI, James Brennan of Parish, FL and Jane Brennan Alves (Victor) of Cumberland, RI.; his nephews, Michael (Amy), Christopher and Peter Bates; his great-nephews, Aidan and Nathan Bates; his in-laws, Marie and Ronald Fitzgerald of Portsmouth, RI; and his brother-in-law John Fitzgerald of Portsmouth, RI.. He is also survived by his wife, sons, family and friends.
