He was predeceased by: his stepson Gianfranco "Tony" Cerchione; his nephew John Paul "JP" Rahall; and his sister Alicia Rahall. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Rahall; his grandchildren, Dante, Angelina and Francis; his son Mark Rahall, Jr.; the mother of his children Maria Rahall; his brother John Rahall Jr. (Bernadette Rahall); his nieces and nephews, Kristen, DJ Cunningham and Kevin Rahall; and his stepson Stephen Cerchione.
