Maureen Ferris Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maureen Ferris (Needham, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Maureen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Maureen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene J. Ferris (Gene) and Ann J. Ferris; her brother Neal P. Ferris of Milton; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanne M. Ferris and Lee A. Ferris.
She is survived by: her brothers, Eugene (Gene), Robert P. Ferris (Karen Kelsey) of Shelter Island, NY and Peter M. Ferris of East Dennis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.
