It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sheila F. G. (Gopen) Schwartz of Needham, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 28, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Schwartz; her parents, S. Philip Gopen and Sara Gopen (Liberman); and her stepfather Dr. David Weintraub. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Fay Cohen (Joshua Jordan), David Ansin Schwartz (Jane Price), Elizabeth Sondra Cohen (Tal) and Julia Molly Healy (John); her grandchildren, Elena, Ethan (Erin), Emma, Jacob, Tav (Idahn), Neri, Shir, Yaara, Aidan and Charlotte (Danielle); and her siblings, Emily Lipof (Gopen) and George Gopen.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sharon Memorial Park (41 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067).
