It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sidney Woods Farnsworth Jr. of Needham, Massachusetts, born in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sidney Sr. and Louise; his sisters, Emily Frick and Ann Huggler; and his wife Laura Wheelwright.

He is survived by : his sons, Samuel, William (Trish) and Thomas (Erin); and his cousins, John Farnsworth and Mimi Stevenson.
