He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie A. "Ree" Callahan (Gugliotta); and his parents, William J. Callahan and Theresa Callahan (Allen). He is survived by: his children, William J. "Billy" Callahan III (Christine), Kathy M. Callahan, Cathy Condo of Norwood, Michael R. Callahan (James Mullane) of Framingham, Steven T. Callahan (Susan) of Norwood and Diane K. Carter (Paul) of Walpole; his grandchildren, Stephanie Emmi (Paul), Shaun Callahan (Alanna), Katie Scano (Colin), Kimmy Carter (David White), Billy J. Callahan and Estelle Callahan; his great grandchildren, Ella and Miles Emmi; his sister Agnes "Sis" Callaghan (late Bill) of Walpole; and his friend Kandi Finch. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
