He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Pereira and Noemia Pereira (Esteves). He is survived by: his children, Kristofer Costa of Taunton, Ryan Costa (Leslie) of Acushnet and Ashley Quinones (Brandon); his grandchildren, Kristofer, Adriana, Chase and Chelsea; his close friend Fatima Pestana; and his siblings, Jose Costa of Azores, Carlos Pereira of Taunton, John Pereira of Taunton, Rachel Mather of Taunton, Connie Macedo and Maria Delgado of New Bedford.
