He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Carroll. He is survived by: his father Charles Fitzpatrick; his stepmother Susan Fitzpatrick; his significant other Sheila Fitzpatrick; his son Justin Reynolds (Sonia); and his siblings, Danny Carroll, Mark Violette, Barry Violette, Kerriann Manley (Fitzpatrick), Michelle Conti, Kelley Cloutman and Kymm Connell (Fitzpatrick).
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
