He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pauline Luiz and Lainey; his sons, Michael and Adam; and his siblings, Wayne Luiz (Kelli Souza) of Fairhaven, Valerie Blair, Larry Sherman and Lori Schofield. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many good friends.
