He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger M. Manchester and Doris C. Leach of Tiverton; his wife Nancy L. Dwelly; his daughter Carol A. Manchester (late Bill) of Tiverton; his sibling Shirley Pacheco; and his friend Joshua Bucci.
He is survived by: his sons, Everett C. Manchester Jr. (Donna) and Alan D. Manchester; his girlfriend Phyllis; his grandchildren, Jennifer Manchester-Reid (Jesse) and Peter Manchester (Kerstin); his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Norah Manchester; his brother Lawrence Manchester (Debbie); his sister-in-law Mary; his brothers, Roger Manchester, Gordon Manchester and Gerald Manchester; and his friends, Khaiya and Kason Raposo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
