He was predeceased by: his wife Lisa Medeiros; his mother Maria Patricio (Kelly); and his stepfather Arthur Patricio. He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Fernandes; his stepchildren, Lizzie and Tony Medeiros; his brother Joshua Patricio (Kira); his nephews, Benjamin and Zachary; his father Jose Fernandes Jr. (Susie); his stepsisters, Victoria and Lauren; his uncle Nelson; his aunts, Linda Guerra, Delilah Evangelista and Inez Patricio; his cousins, Nicole, Brendan Coon, Matthew, Colin Guerra, David Evangelista, Jay, Lori Evangelista, Frank Jr., Dottie Baptista, Manny, Sherri Baptista, Hannah Baptista and Chris Baptista; and his pet Cash.
