He is survived by: his wife Maria Arruda (Torres); his sons, Robert "Bobby" Arruda (Claudette) of New Bedford and Mathew Arruda of New Bedford; his brother Manuel Arruda of New Bedford; and his grandchildren, Robert "Bobby" Arruda and Jade Pacheco (Arruda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends.
