She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Bennettt and Jeannette; her sons, Kevin Freitas and Scott Freitas; and her siblings, Levi Gomes, Leo Bennett, Diane Silva and Michelle Gomes.
She is survived by: her son Mark W. Freitas, Sr. of New Bedford; her sisters, Sandra Petty of Florida and Leslie Mello (Paul) of Dartmouth; and her grandchildren, Mark, Jr., Jillian Madruga and Jacy Freitas. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
