Loretta M. Gant Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 30, 2025, at the age of 82, Loretta M. Gant of New Bedford, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Caesar Gomes and Mary Gomes (Duarte); her close friend Ronald Paulette; her siblings, Irene Gomes, Elaine Gonzalves and Caesar Gomes, Jr.; and her grandson Aaron S. Gant Jr..

She is survived by: her grandchild Shawnte Paulette; her children, Raymond Gant Jr., Aaron Gant of New Bedford and Michelle Gant; her stepdaughter Patricia Paulette; her brother Kevin Silva of New Bedford; and her nephew Gary Spearman. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren.
