She is survived by: her son Nelson Pimentel (Angie) of New Bedford; her grandchildren, Isaiah Mota, Riley Pimentel and Mathew Pimentel; her great grandchild Messiah Mota; and her siblings, Connie Tavares of Acushnet, Jose Ferreira of Canada, Antonio Ferreira of Fall River, João Reis of Florida and Duarte Reis of Brazil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aubertine-Lopes Funeral Home (129 Allen St, New Bedford, MA 02740). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception Church (136 Earle St, New Bedford, MA 02746).
