She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Pires, Sr. and Dominga G. Pires (Britto); her husband Francisco Beltran; and her siblings, Harry J. Gelmete, Louis Pires, Jr., Pearl D. Pires and Patricia A. Baez.
She is survived by: her children, Francisco Beltran (Monique) of Attelboro and Gina Beltran of New Bedford; her stepdaughter Michele Almeida of Maryland; her siblings, James "Chico" Gelmete, Ronald Gelmete, June Cosme, Maria L. Ortiz and Carlotta F. Pires; and her grandchildren, Kendra Beltran, Lance Rivera, Sheldon Baptista, Layla Beltran and Eva Beltran.
Rose was a charitable person and would graciously donate to various causes and found no greater pleasure than when being around her family.
