He was predeceased by : his mother Sheila Washburn. He is survived by : his father Barry R. Hanson I; his children, Aurora, Margaret, Sean II, Kathryn, Heidi, Jonathan, Samuel Hanson, Tressa, Barry III (Robin Hanson), Wesley (Christian Hanson), Mary (Carl Russo), Elise Russo, Charlene (Joe Brown) and Aleyna (Emanuel Vieira); and his stepfather John Washburn.
