We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2023, at the age of 87, Shirley D. Beck of New Bedford, Massachusetts, born in Torrington, Connecticut passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley D. Beck to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Dennis E Beck; her son Dennis E Beck II of New Bedford; and her sister Blanche Havey of Needham. She is survived by : her daughter Katherine Lafland (Roger) of Southington, CT; her grandchildren, Jason, Jordan Lafland and Zackary Beck; her niece Shirley Anderson; and her stepgrandchildren, Kim, Chris and Nathan.

In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in Shirley's name to Martha's Food Pantry of Grace Episcopal Church, 133 School St. New Bedford, MA 02740.
