He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis D. Oliver and Greta Oliver (Magnuson). He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Oliver (Hebert) of New Bedford; his children, Peter Oliver of New Bedford, Michael Oliver (Amanda) of Martinsburg and Erika Oliver (Mark Campos) of New Bedford; and his siblings-in-law, Gerard Hebert, Donna Zambuto and Paul Weeden.
